About Our Rooms
We offer a variety of room types : Studios, Single rooms, double rooms and triple rooms.The spacious and bright rooms are placed on two levels, ground floor and first floor. Each room has a private bathroom, A/C, fridge and its own big balcony, overlooking the magnificent sea-view of Livadia bay.

A little bojoux in Tilos...far from the centre, at the end of the Livadia bay. We spend there two days of unbilievable quiet. There is a small private beach just in front, it takes just few steps from our room.
Balcony with a view of the sea, a very nice breakfast in the little garden...and the gentle Maria provided us a lot of infos about the island!
We will come back.

We spent almost 4 wonderful weeks at Antoniadi Rooms in September and really could have stayed longer. We had a studio on the ground floor with a large balcony with a magnificent view of the bay of Livadia. The rooms are in a very peaceful location and although a 25 minute walk into the village, the exercise at least helped to walk off our holiday eating! Maria who manages Antoniadi Rooms is a treasure, friendly, hospitable and very helpful without being at all intrusive. Thank you Maria for looking after us so well, we dill definitely return.

Well maintained, clean rooms typical of Greece but with superb views and excellent service from the owners. Antoniadi Rooms lies on the far side of Livadia Bay just under a mile from the centre of the village but the promenade offers a pleasant easy stroll. Tilos is a beautiful, interesting island and well worth a visit but there are no taxis and only one bus that constantly runs around the island so get a scooter and do your own exploring. I'd never ridden a motor bike in my life but found the whole experience very enjoyable allowing us to see virtually all of the island. We hired a very modern scooter from "Drive" for around £11 per day. There is lots to do at night in Livadia with lots of tavernas and a couple of bars that offer lots of choice. There is one bank with an ATM which worked perfectly when we were there. Tilos is certainly worth a visit and I would highly recommend Antoniadi Rooms.
